Brewing instructions
Use 5 grams per 100 ml of water and boiling water. Be mindful during the brewing process to avoid over-steeping, which can result in excessive astringency. A gaiwan or a clay teapot is suitable for brewing. Porcelain enhances and reveals the aroma, while clay enriches and makes the flavor more expressive.
