For every review you leave on a purchased product, you’ll receive 10 bonus points as part of our loyalty program. These points can be redeemed on future orders.

🔍 Review moderation

All reviews go through moderation before being published.
This usually takes up to 7 business days, but in some cases, it might take a bit longer.

🧾 Please note

You can only review products that you have actually purchased.

A review may not be published or may be removed if it:

  • contains offensive language, insults, or aggressive tone;

  • includes links to external websites;

  • contains excessive spelling or grammar errors that make it hard to read;

  • discusses only pricing, not product features;

  • mentions or compares with other competing brands;

  • is promotional in nature;

  • consists mainly of questions rather than feedback;

  • reflects misuse or incorrect use of the product;

  • is too brief or uninformative;

  • duplicates previously published reviews.
