Shipping and Delivery

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.

Flat shipping rates:
— Orders from $30 to $100 — shipping $15
— Orders above $100 — shipping $8

Minimum order amount: $30 (excluding shipping)
Average delivery time: 2–3 weeks to most destinations (EU, Israel).
Tracking number is provided after dispatch.

We typically use China Post e-Packet or China Post Air.

All tariffs, taxes, duties and handling charges that your customs agency and post office add to the shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Tea Rituals does not collect or remit VAT, taxes, duties or handling fees! These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

At the moment we do not deliver to the Russian Federation.

Shipping to the United States

For all orders shipped to the U.S., we use a faster tracked shipping method with fixed rates:

— Orders up to $100 — shipping $48
— Orders over $100 — shipping $38

No additional customs fees or duties are charged upon delivery.
The shipping fee is final.

 

Please be aware that we do not provide phytosanitary certificates or similar documents. It is the buyer's responsibility to check if these are needed for their destination country. If you place an order without confirming this and Customs requests such documentation later, Tea Rituals is not responsible, and our policy on rejected/returned parcels will apply.
