How to Make Matcha Latte

Ratio: 1:3 (Matcha to milk)

1. Take 2–3g of matcha and mix it with 35–40ml of water (80–85°C).
2. Whisk thoroughly until fully dissolved and frothy.
3. Heat 120–150ml of milk to 60–65°C (do not exceed 70°C to preserve sweetness).
4. Froth the milk and pour it into the matcha mixture.
