About the Tea
Our Dian Hong Bi Luo is crafted from tender tea buds (or "flushes")—small to medium-sized, downy buds accompanied by the first delicate leaf.
Aroma
Red berries with a hint of buttery pastries.
Taste
Sweet, bready, wheat-and-berry notes with a refined astringency.
⚠️ Brewing Tip: These spirals infuse quickly and can easily develop a pronounced berry-like astringency if left too long.
