Our updated flagship Shu Pu-erh, made from select old-tree (Gu Shu) material — powerful, rich, and vibrant!
We chose premium single-origin leaves from 150–250-year-old tea trees, this time from the high mountains of Wuliangshan. An experienced master carried out a delicate small-batch fermentation to reveal the full potential of the aged-tree material.
Aroma
Thick and pastry-like with woody, camphor-spicy, sweet, and prune notes.
Taste and Aftertaste
Smooth, rich, and drinkable, with sweet-woody, pastry, and gently resinous creamy notes, complemented by hints of mushrooms and dried berries. Evolves into a soft, creamy, and slightly sweet finish.
Effect
Strong, deep, and uplifting — supports overall vitality and brings clarity and energy.
Production
Harvested from old trees and fermented in the Wuliangshan highlands in 2024. Pressed in 2025, Yunnan, China. Excellent to drink now, with great potential for further aging and development.
Format
200 g cake (bingcha).
Brewing Suggestions
Use a porcelain gaiwan or Yixing clay teapot. Rinse once, then brew with boiling water.
