Brewing

We recommend the gongfu method:

  • Use 1g of tea per 20ml of water.
  • Freshly boiled water, well-preheated teaware.
  • First infusion: 10 seconds, then increase by 5 seconds with each steep.
  • Also performs beautifully in a thermos.
