Brewing
We recommend the gongfu method:
- Use 1g of tea per 20ml of water.
- Freshly boiled water, well-preheated teaware.
- First infusion: 10 seconds, then increase by 5 seconds with each steep.
- Also performs beautifully in a thermos.
