Return Policy

We do not accept returns for tea.
All our teas are carefully selected, tested, and shipped in sealed packaging. If the packaging is intact, we assume the tea has not been used and meets quality standards. For this reason, tea is non-returnable.

We do, however, accept returns for teaware (cups, gaiwans, pitchers, etc.) within 30 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tearituals.shop or via Telegram. Return shipping costs in such cases are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages and Issues

If you received a damaged item, an incomplete order, or broken teaware, please contact us immediately.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the case.

We handle each issue individually and aim to provide the best experience possible.


Exceptions

We do not accept returns for tea, gift cards, or discounted items.
We also do not accept returns for items that were used or returned without prior approval.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
